Dr. Worthington graduated from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery in 1983. He was then invited to attend an advanced training Residency Program at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center.

From 1984 until today he maintained a busy Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry practice in Manhattan, NY. During this time, he has lectured nationally and has been featured on television and radio. He is also credited with creating and perfecting the smiles of several Broadway and Hollywood stars.

Being a Fairfield County resident since 1994, Dr. Worthington decided to open a second location in Connecticut where he can share his extensive Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry experience with his community including Fairfield, Westport, Weston, Easton, New Canaan, Darien and Greenwich.

With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Worthington can fix virtually any dental problem. People throughout the Fairfield County area, including Weston, Easton, Greenwich, New Canaan, Darien, Westport and Fairfield, Connecticut, trust Dr. Worthington to get them smiling again!

Dr. Chandwani has more than 10 years of experience in the field of Orofacial Pain and Sleep Medicine. He currently holds an academic position as Adjunct Associate Professor in the department of Diagnostic Sciences at Tufts University, Boston. Dr. Chandwani underwent his dental training (DMD) at Tufts University in Boston, where he also did his postgraduate fellowship training in Temporomandibu tar Disorders and Sleep apnea. He completed his Acupuncture training from Harvard Medical School, Boston. He has authored a number of publications and has presented at National conferences.

Self-Care Strategies for Headaches, TMJ Disorders, & Sleep Disorders

• Warm compresses over the temples, shoulders and back of the head for about 1 5 minutes before going to sleep. if warm compresses do not help, try ice/cold application for z-4 minutes in the same areas
• Apply rotating pressure over the painful area with your knuckles or get a massage
• Stretch and relax the whole body; go for a walk or a run
• Do not take over the counter medication for more than twice a week
• Discipline your SCHEDULE: Eat your meals early in the evening Keep a regular eating routine Get at least 8 hours of sleep Avoid alcohol & reduce caffeine use .
